It is the mission of this website to provide resources to nurses in order to meet the requirements imposed by the California Board of Registered Nursing during disciplinary action taken against their nursing licenses. Hopefully, the shroud of mystery surrounding the entire process will be removed and light will illuminate a pathway to success. With over 1500 California nurses undergoing disciplinary action against their licenses, there is no reason why nurses on Probation or in Diversion should feel alone. Support, courage, and strength can be found when nurses connect with other nurses. All names of nurses will remain anonymous unless otherwise requested. This is strictly a positive website of recovery and hope. Although it is important to address feelings of anger and frustration that can arise during the disciplinary process, it is requested that other available avenues are sought to deal with those emotions.
